Responding to customer feedback, supporting healthy habits in employees and sourcing an ethical supply chain, saw the implementation of a consistent catering service across all FIFO Villages.
Challenge.
Food service in the FIFO industry is emotionally charged. Traditionally FIFO catering favours quantity over quality. The shift to ethical supply chains, increased product quality and better nutrition involves education, change management and support.

Responding to DEMIRS requirements for FIFO workers’ safety and the revision of Australian Warning System guidelines, I reviewed and upgraded all village emergency procedures and psychosocial support media.
Challenge.
I aligned 13 villages with an established culture of fierce independence to brand messaging, consistent content, process and delivery.
I collaborated with multiple departments and stakeholders while continuing to deliver straightforward and easy-to-understand material.
